MV Digital Tools LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing high-quality digital products, software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, and managed B2B services. Due to the nature of digital goods and recurring services, our refund and cancellation policies vary by product type. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Downloads & Assets

Applies to: UI Kits, Code Components, Prompt Frameworks, and other downloadable digital files.

  • All Sales are Final: Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales of standalone digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.

  • Defective or Corrupted Files: If a file is corrupted, defective, or you cannot access your purchase, please contact us at admin@mvdigital.tools within 7 days of purchase. We will issue a replacement file or fix the access issue. If we cannot resolve the technical issue, a full refund will be issued.

2. SaaS Subscriptions

Applies to: Logistics Trackers, Analytics Dashboards, and other recurring software subscriptions.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.

  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused time, or if you simply stop using the software before the billing cycle ends. You will retain full access to the SaaS product until the end of your paid period.

  • Billing Errors: If you believe you were billed in error (e.g., a duplicate charge), please contact us within 14 days of the charge date for a full refund of the erroneous charge.

3. B2B Retainers & Managed Services

Applies to: AI Media Production, Managed Web Infrastructure, and Custom Development Retainers.

  • Service Cancellations: Retainer agreements require a [Insert Number, e.g., 30-day] written notice for cancellation, unless otherwise specified in your individual master service agreement (MSA).

  • Non-Refundable Work: Fees paid for managed services, custom API integrations, or media production retainers cover the reservation of our team's time and the delivery of agreed-upon assets. Payments for work already performed, assets already generated, or current active retainer months are strictly non-refundable.

4. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Many of our transactions are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. In these instances, Paddle handles the transaction and is the legal entity processing your payment.

  • In the event of a billing dispute or refund request, our policies apply, but the final processing of the refund will be executed by Paddle in accordance with their consumer terms.

  • Any approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our products or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
